This 2002 Porsche 911 has only 32,122 miles and has been very well cared for and garage kept. An outstanding example of the now classic 911 (996) model. Porsche introduced the 2002 911 with the tagline “The road to excellence takes many turns.”, which is a realistic statement for how Porsche made corrections to the 996 to make it an even better 911. The most notable improvements were the redesigned headlights and the flat 6 change for a 3.4L to 3.6L with 320 hp. Another great feature with this car is the 6-speed manual transmission.
This car has been serviced by us for several years. The IMS bearing was upgraded in 2015, at 25,495 miles, the clutch was replaced at the same time. New Pirelli tires on 5/2021. Oil service, all filters and spark plugs in July of 2021. The car drives and performs great. Not many 996 cars get the kind of care and attention this car has received.
The car features the option 18” Light Alloy Carrara wheels, and Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and lower Flared Rocker Panels for some aero styling. The beautiful Savanna Beige interior has some nice features; heated front seats, full power control seats (both), BOSE system with Cassette player and multi CD changer in the trunk. Two sets of keys, owners manuals and other books and service records. Clean no accident history.
EXTERIOR
The black paint has a deep shine. The body is smooth and beautiful. The wheels are free of curb scuffs. Excellent glass. Windows are tinted. Exterior is very clean and excellent.
INTERIOR
The Savanna Beige interior is extremely clean. No odors. Very little wear. Heated front seats. BOSE sound system with multiple CD changer in the front trunk.
